Soft vinyl cover panel. Cover is a simulated (black) Upholstered brushed leather.. Great for hiding the aged Sterling straight dash top. Extra added Bonus this panel is removable so that openings can be cut into the top of the old dash to allow access for wiring, gauges and pedals.
